3 points. As per the present scoring system, a ballot with 1 film is not tiered and must be unranked, and unranked ballots give 3 points per film.

I should mention that sometimes you post ballots in the old method, all unranked with one movie marked 1. at the top. I've been treating these as unranked ballots (3 pts to every film) because they're not tiered.
