after minutely examining the catalog called "25 Beautiful Silent Film Stars" the bow eyebrows of Myrna Loy? seem closest.

seems like (if i am not mistaken) there is no phrase "pencil eyebrow(s)" (analogous to "pencil mustache").
probably not to be mistaken with "eyebrow pencil(s)".
but mustache can also be drawn by pencil and the phrase "pencil mustache" (mustache shape characteristics) still exists.
strange disparity.
