OK - Silga and Flip had the closest guess for the first question (+6 and +4). Since Silga also guessed that Brian has seen the most Zulawskis, I declare Silga the winner!

Victory dance in progress

I stopped dancing when noticed that I wrote Zuwalski.
But I blame Greg as he wrote that before me and I unconsciously did the same.

In some of my pics, I have him as 'Zuawski', so your typo is not as bad as mine
I am an influencer! I need to get me a youtube channel and start selling things! But I blame Greg as he wrote that before me and I unconsciously did the same
or at least be more intentional in my misspelling to see what kind of havoc I can create.
i was going to say, i thought i deserved some credit for spelling zulawksi approximately correctly! but then i noticed that polanski got 6 extra points just because some people (me included) haven't seen any zulawski films, so i think zulawski more properly won by 11, and silga deserves the prize.
meaning not spelling it zuławski?

"Most esteemed biographer of Peter Barrington Hutton"
yeah, exactly, i never got the ł right, but then i really mangled the spelling even further.
seems to be contagious!

Silga, you get to choose the next showdown. No rush, let me know when you’ve made your decision.
Sidney Lumet / Woody Allen
Two prolific directors, might be interesting time guessing the outcome of the showdown.
OK!
Hey, Kanafani, would it be possible to delay the Lumet / Allen showdown until at least the 5th of August?

Woody Allen's latest film "A Rainy Day in New York" opens in Lithuania on the 2nd of August, so I thought it would be nice to have another Allen's film in the books before the stats showdown. Especially the one that had such a difficult time getting to the theaters.
Also, I've managed to find copies of all the unseen Lumet's films, so I plan to watch at least some of it this month.
