SCFZ poll: Larry Cohen

Post by flip »

Polling the films of Larry Cohen

The rules:

- your list can include no more than half* of the Cohen films you've seen, up to a maximum of 8. So if you've seen 6 films, you can vote for 3, and if you've seen 20, you can vote for up to 8.

* If you've seen an odd number, you can round up when deciding the length of your ballot -- e.g if you've seen 7, you can vote for 4, and if you've seen 15, you can vote for the maximum of 8.

- i'll assume ballots are ranked unless you tell me otherwise. unranked ballots are fine.

- deadline for ballots: next Friday, in seven days, whatever day that is

umbugbene created an index on letterboxd of all of our previous polls here: letterboxd.com/umbugbene/list/index-of-all-scfz-director-polls/

ha, at first i thought this was the borat/bruno director

it doesn't seem that probable that there would be a larry charles, a larry clark, and a larry cohen who are all established film directors

I watched Bone recently. I'd put that as my no.1 Cohen if I could revote.

i usually don't edit the results after posting to letterboxd, but with so few ballots in this poll, i'd rather the results be based on more data, so i've edited the results (bone rises to 2nd, no other changes), and the letterboxd version too
