Cloris Leachman has passed at the age of 94.

The wrong old white people are dying.

I'll always consider myself her boyfriend.
These matters are best disposed of from a great height. Over water.

i always liked christopher plummer, something about his clipped way of speaking, i also assumed he was british only to find out much later he was canadian

RIP. nice career, won a best supporting oscar at age 82 and nominated again at 88, making him both the oldest actor to win and to be nominated

everyone is canadian

when i lived in america, the #1 person americans refused to believe was canadian was pam anderson. they REFUSED. they were usually surprised by ryans reynolds/gosling, "elliot from scrubs", "the dad from american pie" etc... but they simply REFUSED to believe that pam anderson might not be american

Yeah. The list of Hollywood performers is pretty long; Dwayne Johnson, Keanu Reeves, Jim Carrey, Rachel McAdams, Neve Campbell, Michael Cera, Will Arnett, Seth Rogen, Mike Myers, Michael J Fox, William Shatner, Matthew Perry, Jason Priestley, Donald and Kiefer Sutherland, Victor Garber, Bruce Greenwood, Evangeline Lilly, Carrie-Anne Moss, Leslie Nielsen, Eliot (prv Ellen) Page, Anna Paquin and Molly Parker to name a few..

Even funnier is to think how many of America's favorite shows and films are actually shot in Canada.

I googled 'people that are actually canadian" and James Cameron was probably the biggest surprise for me.
