Letterboxd showdown, Sidney Lumet/Woody Allen

How does it work?
I'll read data from the letterboxd accounts of SCFZ champs. I'll then use this data to answer a number of questions: Which Lumet/Allen movie was rated the highest by champs? Which was lowest-rated? Which champ has seen the most from Lumet/Allen? What are the movie that generated wildly different ratings? ETC.

When will I do this?
Friday August 16

What do you need to do?
Go to your letterboxd account. Rate/log Lumet/Allen movies you've seen.

In the ultimate showdown, each champ gets one vote: Your vote goes to the director whose movies you gave a higher average rating to. If you gave both directors the same average rating or you're one of those people who don't believe in ratings, your vote goes to no one.

Place your bets! Here are the questions - answer as many as you want:

1. Who wins, and by how much? (e.g. Allen + 7)
2. What Allen movie did champs rate the highest?
3. What Lumet movie did champs rate the highest?
4. Which champ has the seen the most Allen movies? How many did said champ see?
5. Which champ has the seen the most Lumet movies? How many did said champ see?

The winner gets to pick the next showdown.

Kanafani, do you take in account TV movies? For example Don't Drink the Water for Allen and Strip Search for Lumet.

Both will be included. Anything listed in letterboxd as directed by Allen or Lumet will be included.

tough one, both directors have made a lot of films including a lot of mediocre or bad ones (imo) but i think people are more likely to have seen the allen films in that category:

Question... One of the people on my list is a certain Derek Smith. We're connected on letterboxd, but I have no idea if Mr. Smith is a champ. Derek, can you hear me? Or does anyone know if he was a champ at some point?
