I guess we all want a little Rutger in our lives.
Interesting, that you think he isn't much of an actor. I would say he is on the contrary one of the best of his generation.

Yeah. Anyone seen Neil deGrasse Tyson's reply to the shooting on twitter? It's somewhat hilarious.
"In the past 48hrs, the USA horrifically lost 34 people to mass shootings.
On average, across any 48hrs, we also lose…
500 to Medical errors
300 to the Flu
250 to Suicide
200 to Car Accidents
40 to Homicide via Handgun
Often our emotions respond more to spectacle than to data."

Yeah, Pennebaker! But at least he died at an old age...
I remember watching a film of his from the early 70s a couple of years ago and being pleasantly surprised when I found out that he was still alive!

Yeah, saw him play live once. We had a smoke and a little chat with him outside before the show. He didn't do performing in public too well. RIP

glad i watched el camino today as it will be one of the last film roles of robert forster who is dead at 78.
something i didn't know: he made his debut as the nearly silent hunk opposite liz taylor and brando in reflections in a golden eye
plus medium cool, jackie brown, mulholland drive and others. RIP

I love Robert Forster, but couldn't be forced watching El Camino. Breaking Bad already sucked as a TV series, so I'm avoiding this like the plague.
I hope he acted in something else before his demise, so this won't be his last film...
