very close top four, there was a three-way tie for #1 until the last few ballots. of leigh's post-tv (i.e. post-1985) feature films, only one got no votes at all: career girls. that's not counting his latest film peterloo, which i assume most people haven't seen yet. and a rarity - no ties in the top ten:
