yeah, we don't need to check if murnau has the views - murnau will be our next poll! haven't decided yet if i'll start that tomorrow or next week.

scfz seems to have a clear preference for vidor's late 1920s period, though this is the rare poll which features films from the 1920s alongside a film from the 1980s. i guess when we poll manoel de oliveira, the year difference will be even more astounding.
