ok, results are tallied. interesting: in the five year period from 1938 to 1942, walsh made 11 films, and an astounding 10 of them got a vote in this poll (all but st louis blues, which only has 11 total views on letterboxd). meanwhile, in the last fifteen years of his career, from 1950-1964, he made more than 20 films, and only two got any support (none from after 1953) -- edit: that all changed with arkheia's ballot, which included three new post-1950 walsh films.

yeah, i'm happy to take in ballots on deadline day - i'll add that to the tally in a few minutes! edit - done! cool to get a few more of the later walsh films on the list.
