Doh. The boxing glove should've made that obvious, but I was tricked by all the outdoorsy shots!

yeah i pieced it together from you mentioning keaton and the boxing glove. it's not easy for me technologically at this exact moment to post a new pic, so i'd like to cede my turn to anyone who wants to take it!

not major keaton if what you're looking for is stunts, but otherwise a most sweet and funny silent rom-com, indeed, one of my favourite keatons for holding my interest as narrative more than several of his other features.

I knew it was Keaton cause I recognized the tent, girl and ground in the second pic from this scene featured in that Every Frame a Painting video about Keaton.

It's been a few weeks so thought I'd revive this even though it's not my go, hope that's cool.

Yeah, just kidding, cause that was almost exactly the same shot, when I last paused the silent.
How about: Knife in the Water?

It'd be an awful waste to use that actor in a silent movie. It's not Becket is it?

Such a bad actor?
No charisma?
No personality?

Nice, haven't seen it in nearly ten years but instantly recognised that last shot - it's clearly my favourite Rohmer for a reason!

Great! To Live and Die in L.A. is my favorite Friedkin film.
I’ll post new film later today.
