wow kobe bryant, just 41. i confess i hated him during his playing days, but he went out at the top of his game and had a beautiful family. this is a damn shame

I'm still in complete shock and denial..
I'm 29, and I grew up watching him play and to me he was the synonym of basketball.
His jersey is the only one I have from the NBA players.
I'll watch his Dear Basketball short this evening.
