Guess the movie!
Re: Guess the movie!
Moved this to the almost vacant Games and stickied so it's more conspicuous
Manhunter is one of my favorite films of the 80s. Mann is always on point in his use of locations and buildings. I have made screenshots of this spellbinding building too, so it came back to me in a second when I saw it here.
And here is the first one from me. Keeping it with buildings for first pic.

the english patient, maybe, perhaps, could be, possibly...???

Wrong again. But I adore The Sheltering Sky. Local cinema held a few screenings of it last month, but sadly I missed it.
Next pic is due in the next 10-12 hours, I guess.
No.
Here's the second pic. I think it says a lot.

i'd guess don't look now, but i don't see a knife-wielding dwarf anywhere in sight
No, it isn't Don't Look Now.
I'll post the all revealing pic if no one gets it until evening.
I checked Letterboxd and some of you have seen it.

i believe that's Schrader's The Comfort of Strangers, featuring the beautiful Natasha Richardson; a film i uploaded to SMz back in 2013
You're right, @liquidnature !
Yes, Natasha Richardson is breathtakingly beautiful in this film. Also, I liked the cinematography by Dante Spinotti, a great DoP.

yes, remember liking that one a lot.
I haven't garnered a big enough catalogue of screenshots yet to make this worthwhile, so with this victory I defer back to you Silga, post another one if you'd like!
