Why not submit up to 100 films. It's been 10 years and we've seen a lot more since then.

we can do 100 film ballots if people are up for that, but with really long ballots, i'll have to insist everyone format them the same way, or else tabulating will take forever
if we do 1 point per film, there will be millions of ties, so i'd like to do some kind of ranking, in tiers, i'll think on how to assign points

what about 100 films in 10 tiers of 10 films each (10,9,8...1)
unranked lists would get 5 for every film? or 6? i am a big proponent of not 5.5
