the problem with this movie, aside from the precious tarkovsky refs and being two hours long, is that the description said young fit ukrainian man give massages to middle-age women. and yet other stuff happened.

i got frustrated halfway through and watched my current fave asmr video instead - watching a women poke a girl in the butt-cheeks whilst chanting eyesopeneyescloseditsdarkeyesopen is way more entertaining

The Roe's Room - Lech Majewski, 1997, made for TV

A deep forest ecosystem reclaims an apartment block while the tenants perform tasks and stand in tableaux to listen to choral music that describes their feelings. Didn't quite love it, but it did more for me than anything else I've watched for CoMoPo. Reminds me of certain Portuguese movies that everyone here but me goes gaga over.

ósmy dzień tygodnia / the eighth day of the week - aleksander ford (1958) #CoMoPoland

summat in the water in 50's poland - sweet little film (with groovy colour sequence!) about a couple in bombed out warsaw looking for a private place to have sex, and i learnt a new spicy phrase!
