There's a youtube channel that might be meaningful to you; she takes the position that electoral politics is such a cesspool that it's more productive to focus on direct action. She doesn't spend a lot of time talking about the forms action could take, but once in awhile she talks about neighborhood gardening, rebuilding communities and working within city government to improve conditions at the local level.
