SCFZ poll: John Sturges
Re: SCFZ poll: John Sturges
6 & 4 for Holland and Szabo for me. I've also started making a list of other directors we've skipped who might have the views, Eisenstein kinda stands out as someone who should have a poll, if I'm right that we've missed him, and there are some other notable directors as well, but I'll wait to post more until I get a chance to search a bit longer.
seen 7 by holland if that will help. not seeing a lot of others that i'd hit a good number on, other than ones that i'm sure wouldn't need my help (reiner, zemeckis, etc).

i thought we might have a surprise winner based on the early voting, but one of sturges' most famous films ended up overtaking last train from gun hill when i counted the later votes.

https://youtu.be/hyoItdGEGkIHow did I choose this motley crew? Each was loved and hated for different reasons, but all stood against the establishment.

They've all done some great things for our country, although I think Lincoln and Jefferson would be shooting at each other if Jefferson were alive during Lincoln's presidency. Can't get rid of your blasphemous portrayal of Trump as the Messiah crushing the head of the serpent, though. I'm not putting blasphemy on my wall.
The magnificent 6 want the original vote count on the 7th position to be reinstated.
He keeps insisting he belongs with them but he was 6 million votes short.
Trump can’t even drink a glass of water without using two hands yet you think he has the strength to hold up an M4 with one? Goodness gracious.
