i actually haven't seen my pick for this round, and don't have a copy of it - it's on youtube but isn't subbed. if it's possible for someone to make it available, i'll keep it as my pick, but if it's hard to find, i can easily replace it with another film from the 'best unknown filmmaker in the world' list!

Both strong films, and I could easily have voted for the Vancini, but Inferno was a perfect marriage of form and content - the cinematic equivalent of a bunch of weird occultist prose poems.

Just looked at the :lboxd: page, did you forgot to tick it as watched? Inferno's very obscure stuff, seemingly gathering dust in a vault somewhere after airing on television twice in 1973 before being unearthed for a Strindberg compilation dvd a few years ago.
