That's gotta be Fabrice Luchini, right?
That was my initial thought as well, but I hesitated to guess. That last pic is what made me think of Luchini. Haven’t seen him in anything when he was young though, so I wasn’t sure.

It's Luchini. Rischka mentioned "Bulle Ogier's daughter" and now he's stuck in my mind.

think it must've been the lips because i wasn't even remotely thinking of her after the first two pics (second one made me think of katharine hepburn) but her name came to mind almost immediately after the third.
