Thanks to flip for the extension! I was able to get to all the ones I wanted to, for now, found a couple new favourites, and noticed some recurring stylistic/plot elements in Bava's flicks to boot.

I'm a bit out of touch with current Bava attitudes, but isn't that a bit of an upset win for Kill, Baby Kill? I didn't remember that one being considered his best previously, though it's obviously influential enough.

As far as I know, among Bava nuts "nowadays" Lisa and the Devil is seen as his magnum opus.
