Ha, I knew it! Was gonna pick Chain for my genre but when I saw "Quasi-)docs about capital" I realized that's so gonna be Chain. Luckily, I had a replacement at hand.

Chain was kind of a revelation, made me very happy to see a US person of that generation doing that kind of work.
"Political upheaval seen through the eyes of a small child" movies tend to give me a rash, recipe for the easiest kind of bathos. LVHel'E was among the least-worst, it had considerable merit.
