Wes Craven. Talk about hit and miss. Mostly miss. He did have an interesting career though.

Yeah, I only love one Craven film, but at least enjoyed most of the other stuff I've seen.
Not a filmmaker I'm interested in, but as we were listing prolific US filmmakers not yet polled...

I'm surprised Lean hasn't been done. I suspect a few of the undone names had something to do with not enough folks having seen enough for a vote.
These matters are best disposed of from a great height. Over water.
