Formans Loves of a Blonde?

'fraid not, though I'm a fan of that one as well
i'll guess something i haven't seen and hope it's a lucky guess: intimate lighting?
You should see Intimate Lighting as it's terrific but it's not that.
Dunno if these are any help at this point but here's a couple more while you're guessing.

I'll put you guys out of your misery so someone else can go:
^^ Reminds me a bit of one of the last times I tried to post some screenshots here, only to discover that almost all the dozen or so films I had made screenshots of last were almost unknown to anyone here, so I gave up.
The film I had made the most screenshots was also a Czechoslovak one: "Šťastie príde v nedeľu" (Jan Lacko, 1959)

Looks like a fun one but impossible to get so I'm not surprised.
It's actually been released on DVD with English subs, and can be bought very cheaply.

I've never seen Courage for Every Day, but it looks wonderful from those stills and your lb review. Now I regret missing it when I had the Criterion Channel last fall.
Mind if I have a go? I think I have a good one... hard to believe the images come from the same movie:

Ha, my bad. Do I take this as a recommendation?
Umbugbene, I'm sure I haven't seen it, but looks like it's from the early 60s?
Not unless you are totally into (Czecho)Slovak cinema of the 20th century. I enjoyed the film but it's not a forgotten or neglected mastepiece, in my opinion (as far as I could gather it's actually well known and liked in the former country/countries).

The Image of Dorian Gray in the Yellow Press
Looks great!
Someone else can go...

Something from the 60s? Doesn't ring any immediate bells.
Yeah, I also thought Fuller and Sterling Hayden (judging by that attractive back).

Blast of Silence?
It's too widescreen to be Blast of Silence. It's not One, Two, Three, is it?
Heh. Pun intended I hope.on the right track era-wise!

Not One, Two, Three or Blast of Silence, but the very close to the correct year!
