i hate him. i watched dancer in the dark about an hour before getting raped by an actual danish dude, which is not von trier's fault but he can still go fuck himself.

so 0 votes from me.

ok rage explosion over. ws van dyke has made soooo many films i want to watch, how nice.

Seen 15. I see all of his films as comedies, but maybe that just because I'm danish.

1. Europa
2. Dogville
3. A Flower
4. The Element of Crime

a couple of films von trier made when he was eleven years old did better than one of his features, the boss of it all (the only one of his feature films that didn't get any votes, besides his graduation film)

I'd gladly have voted for Boss of It All if there were room for more. I'm surprised Manderlay got any votes, but I'm pleased that it did. There's a scene in it that taught me how to read a Von Trier movie. In short, there's always someone in his movies who wants to play God, and it's always a disaster.

hi all, sorry i've been so absent lately. this virus is of course affecting us all and there is drastic change in my life. i might be away for a long while. these results disappoint though don't surprise me, would have liked to see things skew further away from his actual dogme work
