in hindsight the amount of relatively high budget, live action slapstick movies aimed at kids was really weird. how did all those films get greenlit?

No idea, but the baby is adorable and there are some really good set pieces that are obviously influenced by the silent era.

Not sure on a rating yet, but I really enjoyed revisiting it and would rather watch it than Home Alone.
