Re: Television

Patrick Melrose and The Haunting on House Hill were the two best TV shows I watched this year.

The dialogue in Patrick Melrose was what I enjoyed the most. So many great quotes and monologues.

Haven't got any TV shows on the go at the moment.

Re: Banner competition

Any examples of what we definetly wouldn't be going with? I'm just trying to fine tune my selection process.

pabs wrote: Mon Dec 17, 2018 2:29 am Good idea. But it won't be until February or March that some of us will be ready to make a final list for films that were first released in 2018.
I'm going on leave for six weeks at the end of this week, so I'll be seeing quite a few at home and in the cinema.

The Films of 2018

It's that time of year when people start releasing their best films of the year lists. Indiewire has also put out an article about the most under appreciated films of 2018

Re: Last film you saw

You Were Never Really Here. (Ramsay 2017)

Joaquin Phoenix is a treasure and they nailed the ending.

Spoilers

That final scene where they both didn''t know where they wanted to go was so apt. Because seriously where could you go from there?
