The Prague Science Film Fest is co-organised by the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and Palacký University in Olomouc. ČZU has been organising the Festival on its university campus since 2011 under the name Life Sciences Film Festival and later ČZU Film Fest. In 2020, it merged with the Palacký University in Olomouc, a host to the International Festival of Science Documentary Films AFO (Academia Film Olomouc) since 1966. In addition to the traditional programme on campus, the Festival has expanded to the city centre and welcomes guests from abroad.
